 
Our Doctors |
Dr. Polhemus joined Country Animal Hospital after
graduating from the University of California at Davis in 1991.
She and Dr. Horton purchased the practice together in 1992.
Dr. Amy enjoys working with large and small animals, with a special
interest in camelids and small ruminants.
She lives in Enumclaw with her family, their dog, Scout and their cats Ruby,
Speedy and Mr. Winkle.
When she's not working, Dr. Amy likes spending time with her family. Some favorite
things to do are traveling, camping and attending her kids' school and sporting
events.

Dr. Horton graduated from The Ohio
State University in 1985 and joined Country Animal Hospital in 1988.
She and Dr. Polhemus purchased the practice together in 1992.
Dr. Heather enjoys small animal medicine and surgery, centering on dogs and
cats and the occasional rabbit or pocket pet.
She lives in Enumclaw with her husband, their Lab, Libby, and their cats
Smokey, Squirt, Morrie and Little Ricky.
When she's not working, Dr. Heather likes quilting and spending time outdoors hiking,
skiing and sailing. |

Dr. Stevens, a native of Washington, joined
Country Animal Hospital in 2006 upon completing her degree in veterinary
medicine at Washington State University.
Dr. Christine's practice includes both large and small animals. |

Dr. Reischl joined the practice in 2010. She is a 2006 graduate of the veterinary school at Washington State University and grew up on the plateau.
When not working, Dr. Krista enjoys gardening, outdoor activities and cooking.
